Carbohydrate Chemistry aims to bring together the latest developments in this field by a series of critical reviews, covering areas from both chemical and biological perspective. The synthesis of novel carbohydrates and carbohydrate bring mimetics continues to be a major challenge for organic chemists, not least because of the increasingly interdisciplinary nature of carbohydrate science.
