Stanislav Shekshnia is a Professor of Entrepreneurship and Family Business at INSEAD and a senior partner at Ward Howell International. He provides advice and coaching to senior executives, holds several board memberships, and was previously CEO of Alfa-Telecom and Millicom International Cellular. This is his ninth book. Professor Shekshnia was educated at Moscow State University (masters and PhD) and Northeastern University (MBA).
