She is currently a Course Director at St. Mary’s Hospital and Director of Forensic Nursing Services at Bon Secours Richmond in Richmond, VA.
Kathleen Maguire JD, BSN, NS, RN has cultivated a dynamic career built on experience in nursing, communication, and law. She is the senior legal researcher for an award-winning, monthly legal publication. Currently, Ms. Maguire serves as the Managing Editor of the Journal of Forensic Nursing and the Director of Certification for the International Association of Forensic Nurses.
