Developmental disabilities remain a serious cause of concern across the globe affecting a major population of children and adults alike. Though the cause of developmental disabilities in children and adults throughout the globe may vary, based on pathogens and underlying mechanisms, there are a few similarities in the different methods for understanding and diagnosis of these conditions.
