Teach your children about the animals of the forest with this fun and educational book. Five animals – a brown bear, wolf, squirrel, otter and deer – are explored through rhyme, pictures and pull-out cards. With two spreads dedicated to each animal, adults will be able to read the short playful rhyme on each spread to children and look at the bright illustrations to teach them about their habits and environment. Children will then be able to pop out the card animals from the perforated pages contained in a pocket at the back of the book and create 3D figures simply by folding and adding a bit of glue. The inside of the dust jacket is printed full color with a graphical representation of the animals’ environment. Children have the option of using this as a backdrop to create a forest scene, and there are also accessories to make and add to the scene.
Interactive books are a great way to get reluctant readers to enjoy books and I feel the Mibo book range is a great introduction for those children. - boorooandtiggertoo.com/

“This is a lovely collection and I love the animal covers. The set is bold, graphical and colourful. But it's the back of the dust jackets that are great - each cover features a beautiful landscape that would make me want to play with the animals again and again.” - thebookwormbaby.blogspot.co.uk/
Madeleine Rogersstarted her company, Mibo, in 2001 with the aim of creating well-designed, lasting products for the home. From humble beginnings selling lampshades at Old Spitalfields Market in London, she was soon having orders from stores such as Liberty and the Conran shop. Since then, Mibo has expanded its range to include make-at-home products for children and a range of children’s accessories.
