Dr. Eddie Taylor was born in Chicago, Il. He has served in the Us Army as a Chaplain and paratrooper. Dr. Taylor has earned a Ba in Bible and Christian Education from Southwestern Christian College (Hbcu), an Ma in Religious Studies from Concordia University, an Ma in Christian Ministry from Northern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a PhD in Clinical Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. He is a Lead Psychologist within the Indiana Department of Corrections and has a private practice in Northwest Indiana. He is also the author of Restoring the Mind of Black America (African American Images, Inc.).
