David Perry MD, PLD, FRCPEdin, FRCPath, is Consultant in Haemostasis, Thrombosis and General Haematology at Addenbrookes Hospital, Cambridge, UK, an Honorary Lecturer at the University of Cambridge, and Co-Director of the Haemophilia Comprehensive Care Centre. Prior to joining the staff at Addenbrookes Hospital, he was Senior Lecturer in Haemostasis and Thrombosis at the Royal Free and University College Medical School (Royal Free Campus), London, UK.
