This book is a phenomenological study that provides insights, tips, strengths and weaknesses inherent in various tri-sector models that have an educational partner or component. Tri-sector collaborations, if done correctly, can benefit all three sectors: the education sector, non-profit sector and the for-profit sector. The lessons learned through successful tri-sector collaborations will help students to obtain leadership skills, soft skills, and real-world experience; non-profit organizations to obtain increased funding and volunteers; and for-profit organizations to increase profitability and to gain positive exposure for helping the community.
