Why don't young people vote? Through four main reasons, Mitchell helps us answer this question as well as giving some solutions. Why don't young people vote? It's a question that has been asked by pollsters for years. The 18- to 24-year-old demographic records the lowest voter turnout at elections and it doesn't look to be showing signs of stopping. Being one of this demographic, Mitchell Agg looks into this question and tries to shed light on why his peers don't enter polling stations on election day. Through four main reasons, Mitchell helps us answer this question as well as giving some solutions.Born in Gloucestershire in 1993, Mitchell Agg doesn't have a degree and wasn't a straight 'A' student. Instead, he left school, entered the workplace and began writing. He published his first book in 2013 whilst working as an administrator. Entitled 'From Motherland to Fatherland', was a biography of Adolf Hitler and his rise from a sleepy Austrian village to F??hrer of the Third Reich. Mitchell then wrote his first novel - The Missions of Sterling Wells. This was a spy novel about a chauvinistic asexual British spy on the first day of his job. Although Mitchell enjoys writing about history, politics and social science, his real love is film. After writing two books and still working as an administrator, Mitchell wrote, produced and directed two short films. He writes feature length screenplays in his spare time as well as watching a tone of movies. Mitchell also has a blog where he mainly writes about current affairs.
